General labourer — Umatilla County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a general labourer in Umatilla County, Oregon. You should have: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites Day to day you will load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage. Full-time with occasional weekends. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
