Dish pit attendant — Afikpo North

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Afikpo North, Ebonyi State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer ₦9,000 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
