Vacancy available: waterproofing applicator (Minnesota)

Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Hennepin County, Minnesota. You will be based on a construction site. Your main tasks: • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Willing to travel between sites • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
