We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Orange County, Virginia. The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Rotating shifts.
