Maintenance painter wanted in Pierce County

Now hiring: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Pierce County, Washington. The job is on commercial fit-out projects. What we are looking for: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Day to day you will lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
