Panel painter — Gillespie County

Join our team: we are hiring a panel painter in Gillespie County, Texas. You will work at a busy body shop. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Day to day you will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
