Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Grant County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners On a typical shift you will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $5,000 per project, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
