Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker 6+ years on the tools preferred.
