Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Union County, Tennessee. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Full-time, day shift. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
