UPVC welding machine operator — Idaho County

Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Idaho County, Idaho. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. On the job you will handle: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Part-time with flexible hours.
