Vacuum press operator — Morrison County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Morrison County, Minnesota. The job is in a tailoring workshop. The role involves press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
