Oven operator wanted in McCone County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in McCone County, Montana. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
