Crane operator — Ramsey County

Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Ramsey County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • A good head for heights for tower crane work Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
