What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Confident with standard crane hand signals The role involves coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
