Banksman — Hardee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Hardee County, Florida. You will work on a high-rise building site. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Confident with standard crane hand signals Day-to-day duties: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
