Immediate opening: we are hiring a floor supervisor in Howard County, Nebraska. You will be based at a corporate office. You will report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering; spot-clean walls, skirting, doors and high-touch points; service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist; follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination; deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest; dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals. You should have: • Able to operate vacuum, buffing and carpet-shampoo machines • Clear police verification / background check We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
