Head baker — Hickman County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Hickman County, Tennessee. You will be based in a bread factory. Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
