Coating plant operator — Harlan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Harlan County, Nebraska. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
