Immediate opening: bread and bun maker (Idaho)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Bingham County, Idaho. You will be based at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking Six days a week, one day off.
