Punch press operator — Ouray County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a punch press operator in Ouray County, Colorado. You will work at a busy press shop. The role involves fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
