We are recruiting: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Richardson County, Nebraska. You will be based at a supermarket cold-chain site. Ideal candidate: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders Day to day you will braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; clean condenser and evaporator coils; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; service split AC units and VRF systems. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
