Vertical transportation technician — Winnebago County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Winnebago County, Wisconsin. Requirements: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Day-to-day duties: • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
