CO2 welder • Mahnomen County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Mahnomen County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
