The role involves: • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Careful handling of tools and components At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
