Immediate opening: shuttering charge hand (Michigan)

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Delta County, Michigan. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. You will apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites 6+ years on the tools preferred.
