Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Hunt County, Texas. The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
