Panel technician — Putnam County

Join our team: we are hiring a panel technician in Putnam County, Indiana. The role involves buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
