Immediate opening: maintenance electrician (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance electrician in Austin County, Texas. You will work in a factory maintenance department. What we are looking for: • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds The role involves: • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop • Check earth continuity and earth pit resistance • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
