Rigger — Divide County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigger in Divide County, North Dakota. You will work on an offshore oil and gas platform. On the job you will handle: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads You should have: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles 2+ years on the tools preferred.
