The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
