Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Renville County, Minnesota. The role involves: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
