Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Habersham County, Georgia. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. You should have: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Driving licence for travel between sites • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Day-to-day duties: • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes Full-time, day shift.
