Now hiring: we are hiring a joiner in Amherst County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings You will fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Share your details and we will call you back.
