Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to read and match factory paint codes The role involves mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code.
