Port container crane operator • Delta County, Michigan

We are recruiting: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Delta County, Michigan. Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging The role involves keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
