Join our team: backhoe operator (North Carolina)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Alleghany County, North Carolina. You will be based in a demolition and site-clearance yard. Ideal candidate: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) On the job you will handle: • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers Full-time with occasional weekends.
