Ladle pourer — Johnson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Johnson County, Kansas. The role involves apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings. What we are looking for: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Basic grinding and fettling skills $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
