Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel welder in Lewis County, Idaho. You will work at an automobile body shop. The role involves check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
