In-process quality controller • Omumma, Rivers State

Immediate opening: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Omumma, Rivers State. The role involves: • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting You should have: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges 6+ years on the tools preferred.
