Now hiring: we are hiring a crane rigger in Garza County, Texas. You will be based on an offshore oil and gas platform. You will inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
