Track-type tractor operator wanted in Douglas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Douglas County, Oregon. You will be based on a dam or embankment job. The role involves refuel the machine and record running hours; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
