Butcher wanted in Okeechobee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Okeechobee County, Florida. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. On a typical shift you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
