Cook — Brazos County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Brazos County, Texas. The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
