Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Demsa, Adamawa State. The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder.
