Vacancy available: dough maker (Kansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Harvey County, Kansas. You will be based at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
