Urgent requirement: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Cass County, Illinois. The job is at a cold storage facility. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Your main tasks: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
