Formwork erector — McDuffie County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork erector in McDuffie County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters You should have: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Rotating shifts.
