Brick mason — Ganye

We are recruiting: we are hiring a brick mason in Ganye, Adamawa State. The job is at a residential building site. On a typical shift you will building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. What we are looking for: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
