Press operator — Christian County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press operator in Christian County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges The role involves carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; record output and downtime on the production sheet; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
