Industrial sewing operator — Boone County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Boone County, Indiana. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Day to day you will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
